Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or '}' in /usr/share/web/zonetag/webshare/consultant/administrator/components/com_lyftenbloggie/framework/core/updates.php on line 102

Getting this parse error now that I have gone to a live server.

Joomla version 1.5.20
PHP 4.4.9

I did not test LyftenBloggie on PHP4, so that might be why you are having problems. On line 102 try removing "public" so that it will look like this:
      function load($FeedURL, $type = null, $CacheTime = 0)

Hi Daniel
I recently moved my site to 1 and 1 from Godaddy. Your component worked perfectly on Godaddy but not now?

 I am getting the same problem. My server is running php5? I cannot manage the component getting the following error.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or '}' in/homepages/46/d357063135/htdocs/temp01/administrator/components/com_lyftenbloggie/framework/output/rss.php on line 22

Any advice would be appreciated.
